Powerful image - it's quite harsh and brash but i like the effect - a change from the more 'placid' sunset pics.

I never could get the hang of fill-in flash, but i wonder what the effect would have been like here? Not saying it would have worked... just pondering

i don't know about the sun light, snowy shot should be all white and dark in my opinion.
